Pick up from Brindisi airport and transfer for check in to hotel in Minervino town. Easy start in Puglia with a bike ride to Otranto area, one of Italy's best producer of olive oil. Lunch stop and wine tasting in a local winery and cycle back to hotel via different itinerary. Enjoy the warm hospitality of southern Italy with a local and traditional dinner.

Start your day cycling on the coast of Italy, towards Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost village in Puglia also known as Finibus Terrae, a famous point where the Adriatic Sea and the Ionian Sea meet! An epic ride of about 100km, with a little bit of traffic at some points and a lunch stop at a local restaurant. Return back to hotel in Otranto by van. Dinner at your leisure after your guides's suggestions for excellent choices in the area.

Ride along the Adriatic coast to the Roman ruins of the ancient city of Egnatia and through small country roads we will reach a typical local farm, a "masseria", where lunch will be served along with a cooking class and especially to taste different types of olive oil, all of their own production. After lunch, cycle through a sea of olive trees to reach the hotel or use the commodity of our van. Dinner will be served on the comfortable outdoor veranda of the hotel.
