Departure from hotel of Civitella d'Agliano towards the little town of Montefiascone. A very scenic itinerary through the countryside of Tuscia and along Via Francigena. Lunch stop at Falesco winery, to taste locally produced wines. After lunch, cycle through a 15km stretch between Falesco winery and Civitella d'Agliano to make your way back to the hotel or use the commodity of our support van. Dinner at a local restaurant.

Check out and cycle to the small town of Bolsena, adjacent to the homonymous lake. Stop for lunch in a small local restaurant and then start an epic and long road uphill ride towards the village of Rocca Ripesena for an overnight stay. Or just sit back in the van and enjoy the beautiful ride! Dinner in the town of Orvieto.

Check out from hotel in Rocca Ripesena and start your day by cycling from the area of Orvieto to the beautiful Corbara Lake. Continue your way up to Civitella del Lago to make your stop for lunch at a local restaurant or even on an organised outdoor picnic! Take a long downhill road path that will lead up to the picturesque town of Todi and make your way towards the hotel nearby. Transfer by van for dinner to Casa Vissani, 2 Michelin starred restaurant.

Today cycle through the countryside around Todi, exploring picturesque small villages and various towns around in the area. Stop for lunch in a local restaurant and return via a different itinerary back to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

Departure day and last day for a short ride in the morning after breakfast, if you have scheduled to leave in the afternoon. Pick up transfer to the train station of Spoleto, if needed, is available.
